Why was my jar melted and half full when I received it?

Accepted Answer

The body butter is whipped to a fluffy consistency, which requires air to be incorporated into the mixture. If the body butter sits for too long in a hot environment it will melt, due to being made with oils and butters. You can put the butter in a cool area to resolidify it. Although this has been a rare occurrence, please be advised that this is a risk you take when ordering the body butter in the summer months.
